And like everything in nature, it all vanishes away.
Taken this past Sunday morning from El Presidio Gardens. Personally I like my Arizona skies blue;) |
Lovely birds, good photos.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous birds, I would love to see the Painted Redstart and your Sapsucker. I am with you on preferring my skies blue. Happy Birding and have a great day!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful birds and great shots - love the first photo in particular it is stunning :)
ReplyDeleteI laughed when I saw your red glimpses Chris, they made me think of my daughter and her bright red hai, It's great because I can always spot her in a crowd haha! Enjoy your busy times, sounds very rewarding.
ReplyDeleteI chuckled over your blue AZ skies remark. Me too!
ReplyDeleteGreat bird pictures Chris.
ReplyDeleteGreetings, Joop

ReplyDeleteMuy bellas imágenes.. este Cardenal rojo es una maravilla de ave.. Qué preciosidad!!!.. Saludillos dede España..
ReplyDeleteNice mix of pics there, really like between trees shot :-)
ReplyDelete:) that last remark. interesting sky-writing.
ReplyDeleteAll great shots!
ReplyDeleteI like the red of birds in the trees and the fact that your AZ blue skies won't be littered with messages.
ReplyDeleteWhat awesome spots of red! Good eye. I am so sorry that Tracy and I didn't make it down for Dia de los Muertos...work is both a blessing and a curse. We had so much more fun when we were broke and both not working. I know our husbands appreciate that we're working though. :) I'm again catching up with past posts.
ReplyDeleteA great series of birds and deer peering, peaking at us from between the trees. The red birds are beautiful and they sure stand out.
ReplyDeleteSome lovely images of spectacular birds here Chris. Well done!
ReplyDeletelucky shots of gorgeous birds!

I used to fume at the skywriting when we lived in Camps Bay. Luckily the prevailing Southeaster meant the letters often broke up before you could read the message. (Yours is optimistic, but then I've no idea which way you vote)
ReplyDeleteWe saw the sky writing last weekend but couldn't read what it said from our corner of the city - I totally agree with you, clear blue sky is infinitely preferable.
ReplyDeleteI am glad that ominous cloud looked worse than it turned out to be.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the deer is wearing a jungle crown. Madagasgar style.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful birds. I do love the red ones. Sapsucker looks like a woodpecker.
