I think on a day when much of the UK is under water a little magic is very welcome Chris. You are certainly showing some here just as you have with the wonderful selection of birds you have shown since I visited you on Wednesday. It sounds like you have had some magical time with your birding buddies too.
You must be very busy Friend Kreesh, because there are no paragraphs today! Though i don't know the bird, it must be big, and wonderfully done! Thanks for the good thoughts, and i sent them back double!
We went to the Harris Hawk demo at the AZ Sonoran Desert Museum, and really enjoyed it. I was frantically trying to get shots of them in flight. It was exciting to get to see them, and to learn more about them. Wish we could catch a few in the desert ourselves. Going to Colossal Cab\ve next weekend, but I want to squeeze a short trip to Sweetwater in this week if we can. All my best!
Great shots Chris!
