At The Heart of It All

On a hot Tucson day, I sat down in the shade and filmed flowers and butterflies......because there are so many around this time of year.  We all patiently wait for the rains to arrive.  For now most of us can be found outside during the early mornings or late evenings.

You see, we're still here but during the hot summer afternoon sun we all like to hide in the shade of a patio, a grove of trees, our homes, under a rock, under a bush.....or in the heart of a tree.

"Come back later.", we tell our friends as we are taking a siesta from the intense sun.  Mojitos at 8 tonight:)
