Vanishing Into Nature

"Hey you! Yeah you between the trees....."
Painted Redstart
                                                                     "in the trees....."
Northern Cardinal
                                                     "flying between the trees....."
"clinging onto the trees....."
Red Naped Sapsucker
"thinking about leaving the tree......"
                                                 "peeking beyond the branches....."
"I know you're there. You can no longer hide from me. Especially when red is your color:)"
Summer Tanager
"And while they aren't perfect shots, they are proof you existed and that I saw you.  You glorious creatures."
And like everything in nature, it all vanishes away.
Taken this past Sunday morning from El Presidio Gardens.  Personally I like my Arizona skies blue;)

  9. I like the red of birds in the trees and the fact that your AZ blue skies won't be littered with messages.

  10. What awesome spots of red! Good eye. I am so sorry that Tracy and I didn't make it down for Dia de los Muertos...work is both a blessing and a curse. We had so much more fun when we were broke and both not working. I know our husbands appreciate that we're working though. :) I'm again catching up with past posts.

  11. A great series of birds and deer peering, peaking at us from between the trees. The red birds are beautiful and they sure stand out.

  13. I used to fume at the skywriting when we lived in Camps Bay. Luckily the prevailing Southeaster meant the letters often broke up before you could read the message. (Yours is optimistic, but then I've no idea which way you vote)

  14. We saw the sky writing last weekend but couldn't read what it said from our corner of the city - I totally agree with you, clear blue sky is infinitely preferable.

  16. Looks like the deer is wearing a jungle crown. Madagasgar style.
Beautiful birds. I do love the red ones. Sapsucker looks like a woodpecker.
